I shared a meme on social media recently that said, Sure, I could parent without screen time. I could also churn my own butter but let’s not get crazy here.
Funny, right? I remember when my girls were very small, the only way I could manage to swipe on a quick layer of mascara was by plopping them in front of Elmo for three minutes. Yet most of us, most of the time, actually do want to be intentional about supervising screen time and technology. We’re living in a digital world, after all, and it presents both benefits and threats. I want my kids to plant their brains on the “benefits” side. Don’t you?
Today on For the Family, I’m sharing my top five technology rules for kids. How to consume it, manage it, and model it in a way that honors God and one another. I hope these will bless you. Just click here to read the whole story.
