April is officially here, which means May is around the corner, and every mother in the universe knows what that means. Busy kicks it up a dozen notches to warp-speed family management with all the year-end school STUFF WE’VE GOTTA DO. Field trips, final exams, recitals, class parties, Hawaiian Day, Sidewalk Chalk Day, Sign-up-for-every-summer-activity-under-the-burning-hot-sun Day, heaven help us every one. And it’s easy for a mother woman to feel burnt out.
But.
How we spend our time in these final weeks of the school year is just as important as how we spend them between September and March, or during the summer or holiday breaks. Basically, every day matters. And we need to put some parameters around our hearts and our brains in order to make sure we’re not allowing those hyper-busy schedules to boss us around.
I’m preaching to myself here. Are you with me?
Today on The Better Mom I’m sharing four guidelines to live by when it comes to spending our time wisely—from God’s perspective. Join me there! Together we can learn to put our to-do’s in their proper place.
Blessings,
Becky
