NEW! The Cranky Mom Fix: Get a Happier, More Peaceful Home by Slaying the “Momster” in All of Us

Break Free from the Cranky Pants that Bind You
Available through Amazon, Barnes&Noble, Christianbook.com, Target and other booksellers nationwide

Cranky much? Of course you are. You’re a mom. And you are {unfortunately} normal.

But. What if…

We could free ourselves from the cranky pants that bind us?

… Stop yelling and start speaking life into our kids…

… Grasp that elusive thing called patience…

… Understand our children at their level and quit imposing our stuff on them…

Is there really a way to enjoy our families more than we scold them?

There is. It’s called The Cranky Mom Fix.

The Cranky Mom Fix is a Christ-centered approach to overcoming the crankiness that creeps into our lives daily when we’re tired, busy, anxious, preoccupied—in other words, whenever we’re breathing, really. This book will show you how to:

  • assess the triggers that spark your angry responses
  • understand your children better so you can minimize frustrations
  • learn gentle, effective responses to trying situations
  • discover how to enjoy your family more than you bark at them
  • and SO MUCH more.

If you desire to be a kinder, gentler, funner mom (is “funner” a word? Merriam-Webster says no but I say heck yeah)…then The Cranky Mom Fix is going to bless your Crocs off.

Generous Love: Discover the Joy of Living “Others First”

A Fresh, Down-to-Earth Look on Living and Loving Well
Available through Amazon, Barnes&Noble, Christianbook.com, Lifeway and other booksellers nationwide

If asked, most of us want to make a difference, to live and love generously. But we get caught in the crazy rush of household routines, work demands, cranky attitudes, difficult people, exhaustion, worry, and pride, and once again we fail to love the people around us at all—let alone well. We too easily default to focusing more on self than on others, on receiving more than giving, in ways we don’t even recognize. We dream of reaching out. We just . . . forget. Or don’t have the energy.

Using relatable stories, discussion questions, and careful application of God’s Word, Generous Love gives you the inspiration and practical tips and ideas you need to see the opportunities around you, to reach out, to live generously, and to love others bravely and selflessly. To bless and be blessed is to actualize the joy of Christ—and to propel love forward.

“If you don’t want to make the world a better place, don’t open this book. But if you’re ready to take part in a global revolution, read on. Becky’s powerful message will remind you that the biggest world change often begins with the smallest acts of love. And each of us can change the world right where we are.”
—Alicia Bruxvoort, Proverbs 31 Ministries writer, speaker, and
abundant-life seeker

“Becky’s timely book is a healing balm for a broken world and a cynical heart. The stories and practical applications have been forged in her life and leadership among our faith community. This book is sure to encourage you to love generously and discover God’s redemptive purposes.”
—Judy Episcopo, women’s ministry director, Appleton Alliance Church, Wisconsin

The SuperMom Myth: Conquering the Dirty Villains of Motherhood

Available through Amazon, Barnes&Noble, Christianbook.com and other booksellers nationwide

This book isn’t about raising kids. It’s about raising Moms. In our Pinterest-perfect culture, you’ve likely sensed an accelerated pressure to measure up. Then you either weigh yourself down with guilt or become resigned—desensitized, even—to this so-called failure. The Supermom Myth—with humor and grace, yet all the while maintaining a firm grasp on reality—aims to empower you to become the mom God created you to be. With eight chapters, each personifying a “dirty villain” of motherhood, including The Grouch on the Couch (Anger), Worry Woman (Fear), and The Calendar Queen (Busyness), this book offers a gentle reminder to rest in the super power of our grace-filled God.

“This book is essential for every mom who has ever doubted herself. Moms, run, don’t walk to snag this handbook for fighting for your sanity!”
—Lisa-Jo Baker, author of Never Unfriended and Surprised by Motherhood

“The SuperMom Myth brings a much-needed message of hope, encouragement, and reality that every mom needs to hear. The perfect read for any mom in the trenches worried that she’s not quite getting it right.”
—Ruth Soukup, New York Times bestselling author of Living Well, Spending Less: 12 Secrets of the Good Life

“Funny and insightful, she is a warm companion on the journey from idealism to reality.”
—Publishers Weekly

Comparison is the devil. Let's support one another Comparison is the devil. Let's support one another rather than judge, focus on our strengths rather than wishing for someone else's, and be content in knowing God has equipped us with exactly what we need to do His will. Besides, much of what we *think* we envy in others isn't the whole story. There's always a filter. The grass is greenest where you water it.
